Egypt Post Wins EMS Customer Care Award for Second Consecutive Year
Egypt Post has, for the second consecutive year, won the Express Mail Service (EMS) Cooperative Customer Care Award, presented by the Universal Postal Union (UPU). The award came in recognition of Egypt Post’s high quality EMS customer service, having achieved the highest quality levels and complying with international inquiry and delivery standards.
Egypt Post’s winning has been announced at the meetings of EMS Cooperative General Assembly, held at UPU headquarters in Bern, Switzerland. Winning the award for the second consecutive year culminates Egypt Post’s international role during the past period, and reflects Egypt’s regional and international leadership in rendering different postal services.
The winning is a result of implementing a comprehensive strategic plan to improve the quality of all sectors and services, and enhance the capabilities of Egypt Post to compete locally, regionally, and internationally.
The criteria for winning the award are based on strict key performance indicators measured by the UPU on the quality of customer service, including adherence to international delivery standards, accurate response to international complaints and inquiries, and compliance with international standards for data exchange, which required exerting a huge effort to render world-class services by Egypt Post
