Key Responsibilities:  

 Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain virtualization (Virtualization) and Citrix environments to ensure optimal performance and system availability.   

 Design and Implementation: Develop strategies for designing and implementing scalable infrastructure that meets business needs.   

  Security and Compliance: Ensure systems comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.   

 Team Management: Lead technical support teams and distribute tasks to achieve operational goals.   

 Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance system performance, troubleshooting complex technical issues.     

  Project Management: Lead upgrade and modernization projects for virtualization and Citrix infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge:  

 Extensive experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix NetScaler.     Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V. 

 Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (especially Azure) and its integration with Citrix solutions.   

  Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and regulatory compliance.   

 Familiarity with network protocols, VPN management, and firewalls.

Skills:   

  Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams towards achieving operational goals.   

 Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex technical projects.

 Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and stakeholders.   

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Experience:  

 Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing and supporting virtualization and Citrix environments.   

 Experience in leading IT teams and managing projects. 

Proven track record in managing large-scale virtualization infrastructure.
