:Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to grow the business banking client base, meet KPIs, and build long-term relationships with clients by offering innovative financial solutions to meet their needs, while also enhancing the bank's revenue streams
:Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets through key activities as outlined in the commercial action plan Provide weekly performance reports to the Business Banking Area Manager Acquire new clients through referrals, walk-ins, marketing campaigns, and self-generated leads Maximize direct revenue from fees and commissions to enhance the business banking portfolio Stay informed about competitor products and services Assess customers’ financial needs and provide suitable solutions Offer financial advice and consultations to ensure client satisfaction Collaborate with other departments (Credit/Operations) for smooth transaction execution
Carry out marketing activities to increase sales and drive customer engagement
Quality & Services
Ensure proper merchandising and promotional materials are available as per the communication plan
Provide excellent customer service by efficiently addressing requests and inquiries
Effectively manage customer complaints, providing timely resolutions
Promote the use of other delivery channels (e.g., mobile and online banking) during client interactions
Ensure a continuous flow of appointments within the advisory zone
:Compliance and Procedures
Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Egypt regulations and all related policies
Implement Know Your Customer (KYC) processes to comply with banking standards
Ensure adherence to credit policies and documentations for loan approvals
:Required Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in business banking or SMEs (e.g., Relationship Officer, Credit Analyst, Senior Customer Service)
Completion of a credit course is mandatory
