Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring the bank’s adherence to local and international financial sector standards

Conducting Audits and Assessments: Performing routine audits to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs

Reviewing and Updating Internal Policies: Ensuring internal policies and procedures stay aligned with evolving regulations

Identifying and Mitigating Compliance Risks: Detecting and addressing compliance risks, especially in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT)

Providing Training and Guidance: Offering training and guidance to staff on compliance issues and best practices

Preparing Reports: Providing detailed reports to senior management on compliance audits and risk assessments

Collaborating with Internal Teams: Ensuring all processes are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in both English and Arabic

A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the banking sector

Full proficiency in computer skills
