HSBC Bank has announced the opening of applications for the position of KYC Analyst, WPB Ops - GSC Egypt. The role involves efficiently and accurately processing customer requests, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards, achieving team objectives, improving customer service, and adhering to internal and external regulatory standards.


 

Principal Respnsibilities:

 

·  Processing role to complete customer's requests in a timely manner, acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes.

 

·  Ensure that the process requirements are met, adhered to, completed in accordance with established procedures and standards set.

 

·Work well independently; complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks and support achievement of team objectives

 

·  Work productively and professionally. Ensure that the productivity and quality levels are achieved as per the standards set for the process. Demonstrate ways to improve customer service and increase productivity

 

·  Participate in team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining team spirit.

 

·  Proactively identify issues, if any, and escalate. Keeping in mind the risks involved at each step focusing on resolving requests efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

 

·  Demonstrate knowledge of features, benefits and procedures and take initiative to review daily process updates for defect free implementation. Strong Customer Orientation and passionate about delivering superior customer service.

 

·  To maintain HSBC internal and external control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators. 

 

Requirements:

 

·  Ability to speak and understand English fluently, write business letters and reports, and have good conversational.

 

·  Detail/cost oriented.

 

·  Innovative/creative.

 

·  Strong interpersonal skills.

 

·  Medium-high MS office knowledge/skills (especially Excel).

 

·  Fast learner and have a “can do” approach.

 

·  Previous experience in large scale centralized operations is desirable.

 

·  Flexibility to work in time zones as required by business.
